Quick question, I’m from Indiana and recently went on a snowboarding trip to Keystone, CO. The second day I noticed a headache that Dr. Google led me to believe was a tension headache and my resting heart rate was in the hundreds, I believe I was experiencing issues with the altitude and it seemed to get worse until we boarded the plane to head home. I believe my Indiana lungs / heart couldn’t handle the elevation. I don’t plan on giving up traveling to these high elevations, is there any way to prepare my body for another high altitude trip?
