Check out today's questions:  Chloe: Hi Dr Cabral. My question is about the increasing information about breast implant illness. I have had breast implants for nearly 6 years. I have gained weight in this time and I have been increasingly feelings less “vital”. The weight gain could be due to me changing from a very physical job to an extremely sedentary job. My question is have you seen “breast implant illness” in your practice before? I have seen a lot of people on Facebook claiming to be healed once their implants were removed and losing weight and inflammation. They show before surgery and after surgery of their face looking completely different from inflamed to healthy in just a couple of hours after surgery. Can you lab test for silicone in the body? Do you think this is a thing? Or could I just be feeling this way due to toe rainb
