For the last few months I have had a really dry nose and it is tender to the touch. I usually wake up to hard boogers that are green/yellowish and I will usually have them throughout the day. I wanted to see what your thoughts were and if you had any remedies for this. I also have symptoms of brain fog, but sometimes my thoughts turn dark and it feels like I don't have control over them.
