Check out today's questions:  Shelly: Hello Dr. Cabral and Team, I am currently obsessed with the Dr. Cabral Podcast. I plan to purchase a copy of The Rain Barrel Effect soon to gain further insight. I am highly interested in functional foods which led me to Dr. Cabral's Instagram Account, which led me to the Podcast. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto Thyroiditis 18 years ago and decided to go gluten and dairy beginning 01/01/18. I am currently experiencing symptoms of possibly being over medicated and am going in for blood work tomorrow morning per my doctor's request, she responded to my emailed inquiry concerning my symptoms. My ultimate desire is to get off the Levothyroxine.
