I have a long medical history but im going to keep in brief. I have had microscopic heamaturia now for about 2 years i have had urine cytology which was clear and a cystoscopy which was normal, blood and urine show no infections. I have had bladder symptoms such as a need to urinate even when i just passed urine no stinging or pain and im not constantly urinating. So i dont expect IC. I have had alot of stress in past which led to Hormonal inbalances and IBS symptoms abdo cramps, gas blaoting i wondered if this could be related.
