I’m looking forward to sharing with you some of our community’s questions that have come in over the past few weeks… Let’s get started!    Charity: I ordered the 14 day detox. The 5th day in to the second week I got sinus pressure/cold. Mind you I haven’t been sick in probably 12 years ( other than a minor cold maybe once or twice) I woke up this morning and my left eye is horribly bloodshot and red . Just wondering if this is a side effect of the detox. I have never seen anything like this. James: I'm in my late 30's and have been dealing with asthma since childhood. I eat a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. I am dairy free and exercise on a regular basis. My asthma during the warmer months is very controlled with the medication Advair, but like clockwork, every November I start to suffer from nasal congestion, coughing, low energy and seemingly low immune system.
