You are amazing and I love your positive and high vibe approach to health and nutrition! My question is… I’ve already done the CBO and am about to repeat it in order to fully remove the candida and bacteria. I tried the heal and seal for 2 months but unfortunately was getting a histamine reaction and so had to stop. Is there another product I can take to help seal up the gut wall? I’m taking 5g of l glutamine and am already on extra zinc. I was hoping there might be another product I could use that would have all the necessary ingredients rather than trying to source them all separately.
