Check out today's questions:  John: Hi Dr. Cabral! I occasionally get small red bumps near the last joint on my fingers (often close to the bed of the nail). They don’t hurt but can sometimes itch. I suspect that these could be from a food intolerance, although i haven’t pinned down any food that may be causing them. I’m wondering if you’ve come across this before, and if you have any answers for what may be causing this, as I’ve gotten these on and off for most of my life. Thank you! Lucy: Hi Dr. Cabral! My stepmom is suffering from a ganglion cyst on her palm. It’s not bad yet but she’s had surgery to remove them before and they keep coming back.
