Check out today's questions:  Sandra: Hi Doc! Thanks for your amazing podcast. I have a question relating to lifting weights as a female, which I love to do at the gym and like to lift heavy. I have however heard many horror stories about how lifting heavy for women can cause the cervix & pelvic floor to loosen and even lead to things such as prolapse later down the line. I know that lifting weights is said to have to many health benefits, but is it really true that there is a weakening and loosening of that area? Both for my health as well as my sense of confidence with my partner I would want to avoid this at all costs. If it is the case, what would you recommend - only lifting light weights or doing kegel exercises to counteract? Many thanks in advance!
