I just wanted to start off by telling you that I do not think you have any clue how much of an impact you have made in my immediate family & the world. You are one of my idols and I am so grateful for having been introduced to you. Thank you for all you do, it is truly needed in the world, especially these days!In regards to my question, this is something that has been confusing me for nearly a decade and no-one has been able to give me a proper answer. I have used multiple smart watches to calculate my BMR and have counted my macros numerous times of my life and cant seem to understand how this works for my body. I am 6'3, 185-190lbs, typically around a 4-8% B/F, Pitta-Vatta, do 3 days a week full body interval training, 2 days light cardio. I average about 3800 calories
