Thank you in advance, as always, for taking the time to read and answer my questions. You are truly a wealth of knowledge.My question today is about the podcasts you have done on training. I have heard you say that you should stick to a workout program for 4-6 weeks before changing it so that your body can grow and adapt as you go. Based on that I wanted to clarify if I got this part right. If I am doing full body routines 3x a week would that mean that I do the same workouts? What I mean by this is if I am doing Deadlifts 2x a week, would I do the same style deadlift each time or change the style? Hope this makes sense.
