Alison Kreideweis is a 2X  Team USA triathlete and the Co-founder and head coach of Empire Tri Club, New York City’s go-to triathlon training club. She was also my very first triathlon coach years ago and I am still racing, 10 years later. On this episode of Marni on the Move I sync up with Alison about all things triathlon.
