Ray Looze has been the head coach at Indiana University since 2004. In his first season as head coach, his leadership brought the Indiana men swimmers to claim the first Big Ten title since 1985. In his second season, he brought the women's swim team to victory in its third Big Ten title. This past year, Coach Looze became the first swimming coach in league history to repeat both men's and women's Big Ten Swimming Coach of the Year. Prior to his career at Indiana University, Ray spent five seasons as the head swim coach at the University of the Pacific.
