I simply could not end 2016 without one last shout out to my listeners and getting back in the groove! Holidays are warm and fuzzy and very distracting all at the same time.  I've loved our family gatherings and our traditions of dinner together, gift exchanges and just being together... But when the dust settles and most of the family leaves, then you look around at your house totally decorated for the holidays and it imparts this feeling of being in a holding pattern. Even when I worked outside my home, I was always lethargic and rather non productive during the last week of the year.  I pretty much feel that now and I work from home!  Duh! But I realized that the word 'consistency' never stops echoing in my head when I think about not doing something that I normally do.  And that made me realize I also miss the routine of normal life.  This holiday lull can be very habit forming!
