Every office has one and we’ve all dealt with them, the office bully. This person demands their items always be addressed first. They demand, they force, they demean, they throw temper tantrums. They’re the first to go to your boss, or your boss’s boss, or higher, to get what they want. How do you deal with an office bully? Are they using this approach to overcompensate or hide something? Why does it feel like this kind of behavior is tolerated?
