April was Financial Awareness month. Our theme for our April podcast episodes was MONEY! The 2 financial coaches joining us for April's discussions, Ericka Young and Shehara Smallwood.     Ericka Young of Tailor-made Budgets is a Dave Ramsey certified budget coach who has helped over 200 families become better money managers. Ericka and her husband Chris know the financial struggles of trying to live the "American dream". After they paid off nearly $100,000 of debt themselves they vowed never to return to that place again and to help other families "change their family tree."   In episode 9 we talked about your money past and the importance of forgiving your family, your spouse and possibly even yourself for past mistakes with money. In episode 10 we talk in detail about how to move from paycheck to paycheck living and how to get on the same page with your spouse about money.   Learning to manage money is a muscle that must be developed.
