April was Financial Awareness month. Our theme for our April podcast episodes was MONEY! The 2 financial coaches joining us for April's discussions, Ericka Young and Shehara Smallwood.     Shehara L. Smallwood is from Columbus, OH and graduated with a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University.  In 2004, she changed careers  to pursue her passion for helping others with their financial affairs. During her more than 12 year career, she worked with a global financial institution and a national broker dealer firm.
