We've all been there and know you want to hurry up and put the offer in a soon as possible to win the deal. You need to slow down and do some research a little before submitting the offer (hopefully before showing the 1-5 houses you're showing them) to understand sold prices and days on market for the home. Make sure you're submitting a great off that isn't asking for too many concessions from the other side. Have an experienced agent ready to help you through the whole contract. Have the contract filled in for some of the main questions and know which documents you need to submit and to whom they are submitted.  Understand your value as an agent and be able to articulate that value to anyone, especially someone asking you to discount your commission at the beginning of the transaction.    If you have questions or need support through your journey, we are here to help you out.
