AfterBirth: 9/16/19  Relationships, Change and TOUCHED OUT AF AfterBirth is a fourth and more postpartum support group. Amazing host Katelin led the group in talking about sex, how Touched Out means also the spouse, Martha asked her hubs if he wanted her to just lay there, Tiff told her spouse that alone time meant no one asking her anything and that included him. Tiff also wondered where all her friends went after she had the kids, and how moving has been a good step so far. (Like we miss her locally, but notice how mature I'm being.) Katelin's gonna go back to work, she's ready to do something amazing in conjunction with the amazing work she's doing of raising her boys.
