San Antonio Says the Term Chinese Virus is Racist – Dom B Podcast 142  Video Podcast - https://youtu.be/pJgAAovLG8A San Antonio’s City Council has passed a resolution stating the term Chinese Virus is racist and encourages hate crimes. San Antonio’s Mayor, Ron Nirenberg, presented in the resolution in hopes it will show solidarity with his community including Asian Americans. Once again it seems like freedom of speech is being nudged. I think free speech in the pentacle of American society. I disagree with this resolution and feel like if you wish to say Chinese Virus or Kung Fu Virus you should be able to. Covid-19 is called Chinese Virus because it originated in China. Just like German Measles originated in Germany.   Do you think of Covid-19 as the Chinese Virus? Is saying Chinese Virus racist? Does saying Chinese Virus cause hate crimes?
