Trump’s Executive Order vs Twitter and Social Media Giants – Dom B Podcast 149   Recently Twitter and CEO of Twitter, Jack Dorsey, decided to slap a fact check on one of President Donald Trump’s tweet regarding fraud that surround mail-in ballots. President Donald Trump then responded to Twitter and other Social Media Platforms by signing a executive order that would stifle the censorship that is so prevalent on Twitter and other Social Media Platforms.  President Donald Trump is finally onboard in changing this censorship and I hope this is a huge step forward. Currently Twitter and other Social Media Platforms are protected from lawsuits from what is posted on their platforms. Trump is looking to remove this protection if Twitter and other Social Media Platforms continue acting as a publisher. There are different laws for Platforms and Publishers.
