Rayshard Brooks fell asleep while in a drive-thru at Wendy’s. An officer approached Rayshard Brooks. The officer asked Rayshard Brooks to pull his vehicle to a parking spot. Rayshard Brooks seemed to be drunk or high and another officer arrived to administer a sobriety test. Rayshard Brooks failed the test. When the officers were about to handcuff Rayshard Brooks a fight broke out. Rayshard Brooks punched the cops and acquired a stun gun from the cops. Rayshard Brooks then ran from the cops. Once Rayshard Brooks turned around to shoot the police with the stun gun the police opened fire, killing Rayshard Brooks.
