Mark and Patricia McCloskey aka Ken and Karen, stood their ground when a group of BLM protesters broke the gate to their private community, entered the private property and threatened Mark and Patricia McCloskey, when confronted. The St Louis DA Kimberly Gardener has decided to charge Mark and Patricia McCloskey with unlawful of a firearm which is a felony charge. I believe that Mark and Patricia McCloskey, were just standing their ground and protecting themselves and their property. Mark and Patricia McCloskey should not face any charges.
