An old friend, Rigsy aka “Local Knowledge” (Jovian Wade) calls on the Doctor (Peter Capaldi) and companion Clara Oswald (Jenna Coleman) for some help, when an animated tattoo counting down appears on the back of his neck. The alien ink leads the trio to a concealed refugee locale for extra terrestrials hiding on Earth, where they meet an old friend.
