This is an important and sensitive episode in which I interview Torey Ivanic, author of No Big Deal, From Athlete to Advocate: A memoir of Childhood Betrayal and a Journey to Justice   Torey shares her story of how she moved from guilt and shame to healing and triumph. It is a compelling story. Her abuse occurred when she was a gymnast competitor in her teen years. She shares how she recovered and moved her life forward, especially after the trial and verdict.
