Fierce Feminine Leadership

As a coach, I have had the opportunity to work with many great women leaders in business. The most exciting part about working with these highly skilled, motivated, thought-leading women is listening to their dreams, what is possible for them, their desires, and what they want to build. But, where there is sunshine – rain clouds sometimes follow. And in my career, the rain clouds come when we get down to their fears – what they are afraid of and is preventing them from accomplishing their goals. Most of us are dealing with the same fears.
