Jen Fitzpatrick is the founder of Female Entrepreneur Mentorship Movement a global movement dedicated to creating change by empowering women and youth around the world by providing resources, instilling knowledge, and through mentorship programs. She founded FEMM by bringing together her experiences as an educator, photographer, event planner, and advocate for the rights of women and children.
