Ruby Warrington is a British writer and thought leader in 'now-age' spirituality. Formerly Features Editor at the UK Sunday Times Style magazine, in 2012 she launched The Numinous, a cosmic lifestyle platform that speaks to all things “new age” for life in the Now Age. Her wonderful book ‘Material Girl, Mystical World’ weaves together a lot of spiritual wisdom into kind of a modern day spiritual survival guide for millennials and really helps balance out the material and soulful in life. More recently she’s just completed her next book – Sober Curious – which follows her inspiring journey to sobriety and what it really means to become sober and live a drink-free, happy and liberated life. Its a journey I’ve been on myself and struggled with and I know a lot of other people probably want to try to reduce their intake or become fully sober. In this talk we jumped deep into that to figure out answers that can help everyone looking to go sober.
