What is actually happening in our immigration courts? And more importantly, what isn’t? Aaron Freiwald, Managing Partner of Freiwald Law and host of the weekly podcast Good Law | Bad Law, is joined by Paul Schmidt, a recently retired U.S. Immigration Judge and an adjunct professor of law at Georgetown law School, to discuss the immigration crisis, specifically the backlog of cases that persists in our immigration courts and the problems these could cause.
