Those rights help ensure all people are treated fairly and get their fair chance. The problem is, this only applies to the criminal justice system; in the world of colleges and universities, students aren’t guaranteed these rights.   Adam Zucker believes students that have been accused of sexual assault or other crimes aren’t getting a fair shake.
