We’ve reached double figures – which is very exciting! Reception of jukebox musicals has been divided. Some jukebox musicals, like the Spice Girls Musical and Good Vibrations have been critical and financial flops. Others, like Jersey Boys and Mamma Mia have been popular with both fans and critics. In this episode of Fantastic Fantastix I am speaking with Tom Ragen. I meet Tom when we performed in Catch Me If You Can together at The Regals Musical Society where he played Frank Jr. He is part of dynamic quartet The Vallies – an all singing, all dancing tribute to Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. A seasoned performer, vocal coach, music teacher and production and casting assistant with Celebrity Cruises, Tom has spent much of his time immersed in those Jukebox favourites that we have all grown to know and love.
