In this episode we are bringing you an interview that we did at the AAMS Medical Transport Leadership Institute.  We originally went to the institute as guests to network and conduct interviews.  While there, we sat in on a couple of the lectures and we were very impressed with not only the subject matter but also the instructors. We were also honored to have a discussion with Denise Landis and Ed Marasco to briefly discuss what the program is all about and how it relates to some of the challenges that managers face today.
