Heather looks like a chiseled greek goddess.  She is golden brown, statuesque and ripped. My first exercise class I stood close to her and my band accidentally snapped and hit her in the arm. I didn't know her and was afraid this tall woman might be upset. It was just the opposite. She was so kind and gracious and continues to be that way to this day.  I love her energy and passion.  Listen in to hear how to heal organically.
