Episode 71: Dr. Mike Mulholland Mike Mulholland, MD, was named senior associate dean of clinical affairs in the University of Michigan Medical School, effective June 1, 2019. He had served as executive director of the University of Michigan Medical Group since January 2019. In his Grand Rounds talk, he spoke about how to make an effective team in the operating room.
