This NYT article rocked my entire world in September 2020 which ultimately led to me putting my life on hold, figuring out what the hell I was doing, and confronting what I knew to be true: we don't have to keep it all together to have it all. I'm working on the formula to beating burnout and enjoying life more because I refuse to give up on finding inner freedom. My kids deserve to learn that they don't have to do it all to live a fulfilling life.
