This week at CMS we continued in our I'm Feeling... series on mental health.  This week is different in that instead of a teaching, we will have stations around the auditorium and atrium for students to learn and practice good mental health tools. In this podcast we are talking through some of the stations, and giving you some ideas on how to talk to your student about mental health tools.
