Your destiny depends on your thoughts, the decision you take and how you act towards them. Even deciding not to take action is a decision. Fear is often the root-cause behind self-doubt and lack of decision. In this state of mind, the mind becomes confused which leads to lack of clarity. The most significant symptom: “I know what I don’t want, but I don’t know what I want.” This is the thought that came through my mind when I turned 40.  I felt my life was leading nowhere.
