Do I celebrate the church more than I complain about it? 3. Do people feel comfortable criticizing the church and its leaders in my presence? 4. Do I readily accept change when it is designed to reach unbelievers? 5. Do I criticize the next generation or am I happy to help equip them to lead the church? 6. Do I see the church’s mission as more important than my personal preferences? 7. Am I so aligned with the church’s vision that I give and serve selflessly?
