Join Mary as she kicks off this month's topic of MINDFULNESS. Did you know that you have creative agency over your life? You have a say so in how your life plays out. You can’t create anything good in your life without becoming aware of how you got to where you are right now. We need to bring awareness to where we are in the present moment without judgement. Mindfulness takes the focus off of the external world and places our focus on our internal. This is key because everything that is happening outside of us first starts internally by our thinking. 95% of our thoughts are unconscious. When we choose to become aware of these thoughts we can take our power back and begin to change our external world and our future. Then when we can investigate what we are longing for without judgement, but instead with curiosity, we can pinpoint the limiting views of what is possible for our lives.The opportunity to become mindful is available to us all day everyday.
