Geordie Haley is a professional guitar player, teacher, and composer with no shortage of insight about the world and wisdom in regards to human beings and the art we create. I studied guitar under him for 2 years at the NSCC Waterfront Campus Music Arts Program. Our lessons tended towards a therapy session more often than not. I always left feeling refreshed and confident in my ability to prevail in the college struggle. This conversation was no different. We discuss Music, the arts in general, the creative process, the state of the youth, hard work, leadership, Canadian History and much more.
