We tend to think that it is only Satan who would want to remind us of our past sins. Surely the God who has forgiven us of those sins wouldn’t want to do that, right? But what if rather than letting us forget about our past sins, God actually wants us to remember them? Could it be that He has redemptive purposes for pointing us to our previous failures?
