Today’s question comes from Michael. I’m the only marketing person at an early-stage startup and I’ve been asked to submit a budget for the next few quarters. I don’t have experience putting together budgets and assumed I wouldn’t be able to spend much because we are bootstrapping. How should I approach creating a budget?
