Cut to this weeks episode and the Ladies welcome Coach Masaki Matsumoto to the show. Coach Mat is Live on the line from the “PNW” Pacific Northwest, whom was also raised in Seattle like Mel. Coach Mat just completed his 4th season as Head Coach of Lincoln High School Football in Tacoma, WA. Mo & Mel get to chat with Coach about his previous coaching with Bernstein HS in Los Angeles (where the E60 documentary followed him and his team) and hear about where the idea of these Letters came from, his coaching philosophy, how his religious background has played a large part in his life & coaching career and just how he relates to the kids of the inner-city.
