It was a pleasure to hold this reasoning with Alaine to cover the release of her new album, Ten Of Hearts. In this interview we ask about artists & producers being boxed into a genre, how to follow your true passion and how she keeps all that artistic performance energy wrapped up. Alaine spoke about creating ‘Sugar Love’ with Tarrus Riley produced by Chimney Records and some other singles from Jukeboxx Productions. We concluded with ‘Wafula (feat. Mwalim Churchill)’, the song that had to be added to the album, showing respect to her large Kenyan fan base.
