This year 2020 has been a whirlwind for us all. Some good, some bad and all of that in between. Though I don’t think I am the only one in saying, it's been a blessing in many ways. I do not want to disregard the hardship so many of us have been through and as well the devastation of so many lives lost...I just want to be able to always recognize the good, the light, and the little things we can be grateful for. I sincerely hope we all can find the blessings within the cracks, in the corners, and under our own two feet. I encourage you to train your thoughts and make gratitude a practice.
