If I'm being honest, my fangirl dreams have come true and Tiffany Cruikshank is my guest on the show! I'm thrilled to have her on and we talk about how she transitioned from an acupuncturist to yoga. Tiffany has a well-known school called Yoga Medicine that provides yoga teacher trainings that fuses anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics to work alongside medical professionals for students'/patients' well-being. I really admire her way of how she blends Eastern and Western modalities together and we dive in to that as well.
