Layilah Nasser is a 21 year old graduating senior at Spelman College pursing a degree in Psychology. She has been heavily involved with the Girl Scout Organization for 15 years and is excited to dedicate her year to the organization that molded her into who she is today. Layilah is the newly crowned USA National Miss 2016 and will be telling us how to have the courage to step out of the box during competition.
