Bit of an Editorial note: It's a busy time at RR HQ as we gear up for the new season, with Pods recording faster than they can be published, former hosts returning, huge (secret) projects underway with a plethora of Sunderland legends and a great deal more to come including the imminent releases of Interviews with Gus Poyet, Chris Makin, John Byrne, Paul Stewart, Andy Melville, Martin Smith, Graham Kavanagh, Matt Kilgallon and Steve Caldwell (To name a few) along with some more recent departures from the SAFC ranks. But we aren't stopping our usual roundups and reactions either so here we go.
