Justin and Rudy made the drive to Carlsbad, California (a long haul of roughly 30 minutes) to sit with Mark Amador and Dan Converse, the Founders of Papa Marce's Cervezeria. PMC is a small brewery with a huge heart that serves gigantic flavors in every beer. They specialize in barrel aged sours, lagers, and ales but they do sneak in a porter that will blow your mind. We laughed from beginning to end of this interview which along with the 2 different flights of amazing beer made this episode a long one so we broke it up into 2 parts!
