So this is one of the shows we recorded a while back when we were just starting out. Justin brought on his neighbor Christian (last name left off because he was afraid the fame would make his daily life unbearable) who used to be in "The Biz" to tell us about a different style of beer than we have had before...Trappist and Abbey style Ales. This was technically our first interview and it was such a pleasure having someone on that had such a great knowledge and love for the craft.
